RETURN & REFUND
We want you to love our products as much as we do. All items we ship have successfully passed our rigorous Quality Control inspections.
We have a hassle-free 30-days return and exchange policy.
- Please contact us for RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days after you signed the parcel, contact us by service@germanyledlight.com
- RMA are approved for issues pertaining to manufacturing defects, dissatisfaction and misshipments. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). please send a email to service@germanyledlight.com
- Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc.
- We will refund the buyer within 3 business days after receive the returned parcel.
- The buyers are responsible to the return delivery fee.
- COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
- For warranty returns passed the 30 days, please contact us so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible technical support.
